About
ODA Psychology was founded by Jeta Toçila Dedja, a licensed psychologist, guidance counsellor, and author with over two decades of experience in the fields of mental health, psychoeducation, and child development.
The name ODA draws inspiration from the traditional Albanian gathering space, a place of dialogue, reflection, and wisdom, symbolizing the practice’s core mission: to create a respectful and safe environment where every individual’s voice is heard, valued, and understood.

At ODA Psychology, services are grounded in evidence-based practice, neurodiversity-affirming principles, and a deep respect for families, educational context, and cultural identity.
Assessments are not only clinically sound but also accessible and actionable, equipping families and schools with the clarity and strategies they need to support the child’s well-being and success.
Whether you are seeking clarity through psychological assessment or support for your child’s learning, emotional, or behavioral needs, we are here to walk that journey with you.
